Management Alex at zapata hwy location lacks management skills , customer service skills , is Unprofessional and lacks empathy ! Flexi compras is a well known business in STX and to Have Management Alex on Zapata hwy location lacking professionalism towards a customer should be unacceptable. Flexi comparas is good business I do recommend it just not the Zapata hwy location to avoid getting horrible customer service in behalf of Alex ! Laredo, Tx has other locations

My friend tried to get a laptop there and since she is basically an orphan they discriminated against her because she didn't have family to put on her list. Her parents died and then they treated her like she was going to steal. Worst place ever bad customer service.

They gave us a used ps4 and I want to return it because my daughter doesn’t wanted no more it’s was working fine everything was perfect and right now I tried to return it the lady that was there was very rude and was doing everything wrong and putting a the wires angry and said it wasn’t working and my mom told her calmly let me do it she’s all mad said she’s not doing it very angry and rude her name is Rosa
