Jamie is the absolute best!!! I’m a gym girlie who all of my stress in my upper back and have had soo many times where I could barely lift my arm but Jamie gets the job done EVERYTIME. I walk in a zombie and walk out a baddie again lol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
