Saved money significantly on the discount dental. Have called many times for doctors over the phone..they have treated ear infections, headcolds even poison ivy Customer service was great
SCAM! SCAM!
Watch out. While at Trader Joe's yesterday, somehow my credit card was remotely scanned. My card information was passed along to this company and they ran a charge just after midnight for a small amount in order to establish that it worked. This is how these scammers operate. Much larger transactions then follow. Fortunately, Chase Bank Fraud Department promptly contacted me. My card was canceled and a new one was sent out. I got charged $6.77 out of nowhere. When I called flexefits, their rep kept acting like she couldn’t hear me. I stayed on the line until she finally spoke to me and agreed to give me a refund. I immediately called my bank to put a stop payment on my account to stop any future charges.
They’re fake! Took money and I don’t even know what this company is
