I gave them my new insurance last month. I have called, faxed, and emailed too many times to count. I did my best to make sure I could get my IV medication on time but found out today that they never even sent the Auth. It gets worse. The staff in the office can't help you. Someone from another state only called me back after I kept calling, emailing/ faxing. They told me that even though I gave them the new insurance last month they are faxing in order of received!!! Excellent office, very clean and well kept. Absolutely the best staff, friendly and knowledgeable of practices and procedures. Privacy and consideration of personal information is essential for all patients. I will definitely go to this office again!!! 😊
Flexcare infusion care is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, facility is very nice. I had a private infusion room with everything I could want, recliner, TV, water window to the outside world. It was very comfortable and a good experience for my first of many times.
Wonderful, caring staff. Always interested in taking care of our health. Abby, Heather and Debbie are the best.
