The facility has always been clean and well stocked to help make the time pass easily. The staff are very professional and give me a secure feeling.
Yesterday was my first visit. Did not know what to expect, with my referral from my doctor. There receptionist was fantastic, she guided me there. This location was very hard to find, my nurse made me feel very relaxed. Not a typical Medical office felt very comfortable walking in . Coffee was offered to me which was a nice touch. Flex Care has a lot of facilities, but I am so happy to be at there Scottsdale location. I want to add to this review. Top notch team! This center has such a friendly and professional staff. Very accommodating when I arrived early and handled a minor reaction I had with thoroughness and ease.
I had my first visit this month with Flex Care. The facility was very clean, and nicely organized and relaxing layout. A warm and welcoming greeting from the staff. I was early and the receptionist, offered refreshments Shen introduced me to my nurse, Jackie, who then told me what room to be in and asked a few questions then started my treatment.
