Top notch team! This center has such a friendly and professional staff. Very accommodating when I arrived early and handled a minor reaction I had with thoroughness and ease.

I had my first visit this month with Flex Care. The facility was very clean, and nicely organized and relaxing layout. A warm and welcoming greeting from the staff. I was early and the receptionist, offered refreshments Shen introduced me to my nurse, Jackie, who then told me what room to be in and asked a few questions then started my treatment. Customer service is woefully lacking. It has been nearly 2 months since trying to get pre authorization for a much needed injection. Multiple phone calls go unanswered and voicemail is never returned. I have followed up with my insurance carrier and they report the same - no phone calls and necessary documentation not submitted. I even tried contacting Flexcare through their online contact form and, you guessed it, NO REPLY! If Flexcare wasn’t a preferred provider, I would certainly not be using them.
