I was referred to Flex Care on the 3rd of Aug. I was called the next day to verify my insurance and said I would be contacted to schedule an appointment. I called on the 10 of Aug and was told they were waiting for my lab. i emailed them over immediately. Called on the 11th and was told they were working on it. Called today and was told they were working on it and they have 15 days to respond. I am looking now for a company that is responsive to the patient

I've left reviews before and have said little that was different. The same is true today, but I wanted to sign on again, to tell again of my pleasure with this location and the folks who work there. I've never had anything of a medical nature that has actually been pleasant!! As I've said numerous times over the last many months, I’m so grateful to be able to receive the medication I need in such an outstanding place from such outstanding people!!! MANY thanks to all of them!!! =0)

The Prescott FlexCare location has an excellent team. The newly hired administrator, is friendly, professional, and very helpful. I have been coming to this clinic for quite some time and have always had a positive experience. As the clinic has become busier, staff may not always be able to answer calls immediately, but I have consistently received a return call. The nurses are also wonderful. I am nervous around needles, and they always make me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend the Prescott FlexCare location.... read more

After several days on the phone trying to ensure Jubanti was going to be covered by insurance, I arrived at my appointment this afternoon only to find my appointment was canceled. I called twice this morning & left a message both times. Marissa explained they were having difficulty with the phone lines. I must say I phoned several times during the week, left messages and No return pho e call ever came. I finally connected with Robert after having spoken with him earlier in the week. I am so impressed and pleased with the care and services I have received!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff is wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable. I was so nervous when I found out I needed some infusions and I was put at ease instantly. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. 😊
