This FlexCare is professional, courteous, friendly and caring from the moment of entering the front door to leaving and making the next appointment. The facility is extremely clean and sanitary and nurse got my vein on first try and left no bruising. In addition, they have drinks and little snacks should you need it during your stay there. I had a private room with a TV which was very comforting, along with a TV, and they provide wifi access so I could get caught up with emails and messages while being infused. I’ve been to the Prescott twice for a infusion and both times the staff was truely outstanding. Very personal, knowledgeable and answered my questions. Would recommend this office if you need a infusion.
Always a pleasant experience. The staff, starting at the front desk are caring and helpful. Phone interactions are with real people that are helpful and understanding. Not that anyone wants to get infusions, but if it's necessary this is the place to go.
