Just finishing my first Boot Camp with Flex5. It was everything I wanted it to be. I was in the afternoon group and our fearless leader, Jack, was prepared. He keep us on task, pushed us to do a little more each time and was a great source of encouragement. The structure of the classes was easy to follow and we knew what each exercise/movement was meant to work. Definitely a first rate experience.
Zac is wonderful. I'd recommend his services to anyone that's ever wanted to try acupuncture, or is already a fan! Flex5 is a beautiful space, has an awesome vibe, great staff, and vision! 🤘🏻
I'm excited that Mackenzie (Big Mack) has joined Flex5 and will be in Charlotte! She loves what she does and cares more about your life than just your workouts. However, she will kick your butt so remember to eat your wheaties ahead of time.
Petro and his team are fantastic. I've worked out with him for several years, and I've never regretted it. Try them out!
