The quality of work was good but the loops I had to go through to receive my product in full has unfortunately minimized the work. I would like to suggest future customers pay half the deposit up front instead of full payment to avoid having to chase the owner down for your product. I would also like to suggest to the owner that they give each customer their undivided attention during the appointment. JD outdid himself! Amazing quality!! He made my husband’s grill. Will definitely be back for another. You can tell he takes pride in his work!! We drove 1hr 30 min away to him but worth it!!
