Overall flexworld is a good gym, they have a ton of space and lots of different equipment, and it never gets super crowded, so it’s a convenient place to work out. Parking is easy especially in the morning, and there’s nothing within a 10-15 minute radius that can compete. The only downside is the music. It’s not bad music, it’s just annoyingly loud. I really want to like this gym, and the staff is friendly. But why is there not a water filling station with the exception of 2 rusty water fountains? Very inconvenient and not to mention kind of gross. When they have the bike class, the music is so loud you can't even hear your own headphones. Does it need to be that loud????? Sometimes it's hard to buy stuff because they will have only 1 person who is doing stuff, so you just stand there and give up.
If you are looking for a local gym with the most friendly atmosphere this is it!! The owner is the sweetest person you will ever meet!! I have made so many friends there and as a realtor made a ton of contacts. If you are looking to get into shape ask to train with one of their trainers. Craig Riddick trained me... He helped me lose 70lbs at age 55!!
Was a pretty good gym for the area. Decently clean with nice staff. Would definitely drop in again
