Go elsewhere. I have proof they charged us for things they simply did not do.
We have been with Flextech for several years. We were sold this ginormous system for our 3 person shop. While we were under contract they charged us for standard service. Flextech came out to do a repair and instead of replacing the bad cord they hot glued it to the plug. Now another phone broke last Friday morning. We were told they would replace it this Monday morning. Now I am told not till Wednesday. When we call for service we feel condescended to. The act as if we move cords and plugs in just for fun... I purchased a new PC from Flex Technology Group this year, as we previously had good experiences with this company. We have been customers for over 5 years. However, things have changed. I feel currently the quality is sub-standard and customer service leaves something to be desired. Over the past 2 years we have also had problems with the backup service they provide.
