Update: This situation has gotten even worse. After my original review, I requested pickup of a second trailer. They scheduled the pickup and charged me for it, yet once again the pickup was canceled without any notification whatsoever. Because I was not on site, I had no way of knowing they simply decided not to show up. Meanwhile, they continue to charge me the monthly rental fee for equipment that should have already been removed.
