Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Terri was very knowledgeable of the area and the current market conditions. She was able to work with us remotely, as we were from out-of-state. The process felt a bit rushed at times, but given the market dynamics of short windows for offers and above listing price offers, it was a fast-paced time. The process after the accepted offer and until move-in was super smooth.

Brian is a top-notch realtor. He's Been helping us buy property as out-of-state buyers in a crazy market. He is always available, checks out property for us when we are not available, and always gives his honest opinion. He's pointed out things we wouldn't have necessarily thought of with an eye towards resale value. Never any pressure, he strikes me as the kind of realtor who is looking to make a life-long customer, rather than looking to make a quick sale.
Unbelievably rude people do not use them I was hung up on when I was simply trying to get some information.
