This pharmacy is absolutely awesome. The people who work there are so friendly and knowledgeable and they go above and beyond for their customers. They take the time to go the extra mile to ensure high quality service to help their customers
The Pharmacist owner and the other pharmacist are very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and empathetic. Always pays attention to the patients' needs and ready to help. Costs are very very reasonable too. I am glad my family swapped pharmacies. This pharmacy also delivers which is so convenient. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend Flex Pharmacy. We had an amazing experience with Marianna, the pharmacist. She was very knowledgeable and extremely kind and thoughtful. We filled our prescription and were buying a product off the shelf. She went out of her way to get us a prescription for a medication that was even better than the off-the-shelf product we were going to buy. I was so stressed and desperate when I couldn’t find a family doctor to refill my child’s medication. The pharmacist Marianna went above and beyond—not only did she help me get the refill, but she also guided me on how to see a nurse practitioner and finally a specialist for consultation. Thanks to her help, I was finally able to register with a family doctor. I continue to visit Flex Pharmacy in Markham for all my medication needs.
