I signed up for the 18 months of service in August 2024. My contract ends Feb 2026. Robert was just here today performing my final treatment. I have to say overall I have been pleased with Flex. They resolved the pest issues I was having originally. They have even treated the property again on a few occasions when I wasn't pleased. So far they have been a good company. Flex Pest Control is a great company with excellent customer service and technicians! JD came for our routine service this week and he was awesome, very thorough, helpful and kind. He ask about any issues we may be having and explained what he was servicing this quarter and offered some helpful tips. Highly recommend Flex Pest Control.

We had a squirrel issue in our attic. Jason, with Flex Pest Control took care of the issue quickly and thoroughly. From inspection to the extraction of the live traps, we are 100% satisfied with their service.

We've been with Flex since 2023 and I can't say enough good things about them! They've worked with us through all our address changes and different pest needs, and never said "we can't do that for you". They always let me know when they'll be stopping by and give me an update on what was done that day. Always friendly, polite, and professional, and always do the job right the first time. Highly recommend!

Conscientious customer service and great results!!! Haven't had a bug or spider in the house since we started with FLEX! This company obviously cares about building a long-term, quality reputation--not one of those aggressive-sales- here-today-gone-tomorrow types.
