Technician was very personable and explained what he was doing today. He also worked with my lawn person as he noticed him there to check for possible interactions with the chemicals they were both using which I greatly appreciated the concern. He was informative as to his arrival to let me know, giving me time to let my dogs out before all the chemicals were sprayed. I appreciated his prompt service and polite and informative service.

I purchased a one time flea, tick, and mosquito fogging treatment for 1 acre. It wasn’t cheap. The kid who showed up was in my yard for all of 6-8 minutes. He briskly walked around in an unorganized fashion and kind of haphazardly sprayed where he walked. No clear perimeter. No grid pattern. Pretty random. We had a great experience! Called and was able to get on the schedule within 2 days and our first treatment was free since we were referred from a friend. They’re very friendly, helpful and thorough.
