Union is a joke and in deep with terrible management. Work you like slaves, 6-7 days a week, and force OT up to 12 hours when you think you’re finally going home from the clock out line, yep they’ll pull you out of line if someone from next shift called in, a filthy toxic environment, no real training, lots of favoritism, revolving door as of hires, they figure it out quick, and so desperate they hire felons.
