I cannot say enough good things about Catherine! She has been absolutely phenomenal in helping me manage my pain and has such a strong understanding of techniques to help relieve knots and aches. I look forward to each appointment with her and am always thankful for her empathetic and kind approach to our sessions.

This was sort of a last minute Booking but definitely Pleased that I did! I’m a fan of deep tissue massages being that I work out etc & Adam really got to the Knots that I had I my shoulders! I felt great after! Definitely booking my next visit in Toronto.
I had a great time there, really relieved my neck and shoulder! Highly recommended, would consider Flex massage therapy if I need it in the future.
