Best gym in Sioux Falls. Smaller space but no one utilizes better than this gym. Old school bodybuilder vibes with some old school equipment that’s in perfect condition. Best workout yet here.
Great gym. Clean, great powerlifting area. 10/10
I spent 9 weeks in sioux falls for my physical therapy clinical at a hospital. I enjoyed being at flex gym it is a quiet gym which is perfect for me, you can easily get on equipment, and they got plenty of barbells to lift some heavy weight. I had a great time here, and the rates are quite reasonable and the owner is great! Highly recommend.
Great local place. Awesome weightlifting gym with an interesting variety of equipment. Owner is a very cool guy. Would definitely recommend
