Flex Gym has truly impressed me with its combination of affordability and quality. Jared is friendly, helpful, and always quick to answer questions. The equipment selection is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety for every type of workout. One of the best parts is that I never have to wait around or fight over machines; there’s always something available, even during busier times. Overall, Flex Gym delivers great value, great service, and a great workout environment. Highly recommend!

Passing by sioux falls for the day and I was looking to get a quick pump . The owner set me up with a day pass fast. The gym was not staffed. But no worries at all the owner buzzed me in remotely after the payment. This is the exact atmosphere I want in a gym. No fluff straight to the point. Come here and pump some iron.
