This is one of the best, if not the best, old school gym in town!
I've heard nothing but great things about this gym, so the wife and I decided to swing by for a day pass. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the owner. He was welcoming, very knowledgeable and gave us some history about the gym and some famous lifters who trained and currently train there. You can tell the people here really care about the sport and culture of weight training. If you haven't been here before I highly suggest giving it a shot. They offer very affordable day passes. Terrible and unsafe!! Looks like left over untreated mold in the ceiling from many leaks. The outlets in the childrens little daycare room are open with exposed electrical wire!! No one is cleaning anything this means staph, mrsa, flesh eating bacteria etc are technically rampant. There are grown men here acting like highschoolers. Suprised the health department hasnt shut it down!!
WORST GYM EVER!! If you love trump you will thrive here🤦🏽♀️ I am a POC and was so uncomfortable in there. Also being a women was crazy in there THE STALLS DONT LOCK!!! Runnnnn from this gym!!!!
