I took my first cardio kickboxing class today with Jenny and had a great workout. The studio is clean, bright, and spacious. Friendly staff and very good class instruction. I don't consider myself particularly coordinated but was able to follow Jenny along the entire time, I loved it!
Attended the dancing class with Juan today and it’s great! Hope they can offer 11am weekend dancing class as routine!!!
A great supportive and open studio! Classes are small, instructors know you by a first name basis, and each class caters to different levels/body types. Definitely worth checking out
I think I’ve been driving by this place for years and not realizing it. I started taking classes about a month ago and it has been such a great change. I joined for the barre workouts, which is what I used to do years ago before Covid upended all routines. But I find I look forward to classes that I never would’ve thought to try before, Cardio Kickboxing and Fusion Dance have become quick favorites along with a weekly yoga class.
