I had the RCI skid plate package installed for my new 4Runner and worked with Thomas to schedule. Had an awesome experience, the flex function team is very kind and professional. They’re very responsive to commutation too. The transfer case plate crossbar was bumping against my OEM gas skid plate and exhaust and the team went above and beyond to trim the plates for me to prevent any bumping and rattles. I would definitely recommend this shop!

With the experience I've recieved from this place. They were very communicative and very thorough on what they recommended for my vehicle. As someone who has no knowledge with cars. I was able to understand on what they were recommending me for my vehicle and they also gave me alternative options on how to go about my situation to get my car back together. I appreciate their hard work.
This place is the only shop I’ll take my 4Runner. I’ve had a regear, diff lock, and lots of other work done by Thomas and Jerry and these guys are solid. Service is top notch and they stand behind the quality of their work. Only offroad specialty shop I know of in the area that does it all: maintenance, repairs, mods, and inspections.
