I love flex & ryde. I am a traveler and I am only in North Platte for a few months. I am so happy my coworkers told me about this place. I first joined for the bootcamp. I was given an excellent nutritional meal plan to follow by as well as workout classes to attend. Flex & Ryde offers kickboxing, cycling, yoga, circuit classes and strength classes. I now have a love for yoga. The instructors for all of the classes are amazing. THank you Flex & Ryde.
