I joined Flex Fitness in McKenzie 3 years ago and I love it. There is so many workout programs workout equipment and personal training for anyone of all ages. The atmosphere is awesome and everyone is always there to help each other as well as encouraging everyone all at the same time. There is no judgement here at flex fitness. I'm so glad I joined flex fitness in mckenzie and super proud of our new manager and the things he is doing for us at our flex gym in McKenzie. This place is great ! I love my new gym, Friendly staff and great equipment.
Could use some more equipment and a different radio station to listen to when you forget your ear buds ... other than that a very friendly atmosphere
