Flex is a GREAT place to workout! The people are friendly and helpful, the facility is arranged well, and you can visit any time of day! Personal training is offered at a more-than-reasonable price, too! Flex really is one of my favorites!!
I know where I'm going everytime I visit home. Just took me a while to figure out how to get out of the place, lol.
Amazing love that it's 24 7 and they have everything u need to get your work out in.
