Great place to drop in, had all the equipment you could possibly need. Clean bathrooms also which is a plus. Highly recommend.

Plenty of equipment (dumbbells, plates) and the machines were all in working order. Layout of the space worked well even with a larger number of people in working out later in the day . Great gym and will absolutely come back from Little Rock to train here with Christian!!

4.5 stars* i went there yesterday looking for a day pass to check out the gym, see if I wanted that to be my main gym. When did EVENTUALLY get in there it was pretty nice and I got a decent little work out. The main problem i ran into was just trying to get into the gym itself. They have this QR code which takes you to their membership options, and I chose day pass. I filled out all the information... but then, I see a photo required(*).
