Darin is a great Friendly guy, great gym atmosphere!
Darin has made working out so fun and it's something I look forward to FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE. I was very insecure about lifting weights and always stuck to cardio, but personal training with Darin has been so encouraging! He's created personalized workouts for me that I have access to on my app so I can workout in the gym or do it at home! Flex Fitness has such a great group of people.
