Flex fitness is a staple in Salem . This gym has been around as long as I can remember . It also has something to offer for people of all shapes and sizes and a variety of goals they are trying to accomplish. The staff and the atmosphere in this gym is next to none . It's great! Not commercialized.. just solid core foundation.. If you're looking for aerobics & fitness.. or if you're looking for a more serious weight lifting experience, or anything in between.. they've got it all.. everything is clean and of a good modern quality.. give them a shot.. in my opinion, they're the best gym in salem..

Inexpensive. Has what you need to get a good workout. Extensive free weights room. Secure 24/7 access.

This is a core weight lifting gym. Lots of equipment of all types, recently updated, and seldom crowded. Upstairs is a large variety of machines, while downstairs had more of an old school vibe with plate loaded equipment. Music is about right, energetic but not too loud. Good vibe for building muscle.

I just signed up here at Flex Fitness and I love this gym. It’s open 24/7 so I can go lift at night. I love the diverse equipment and the gym is really big!
