They Close down or relocated
I reserved a U-Haul pick-up from Flex Auto Rentals for a Sunday morning, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t go as planned. The instructions led me to a lockbox that was supposed to contain the keys, but it was empty. Since the office was closed, I wasn’t able to pick up the U-Haul. The reservation had been confirmed, so it seems there was a simple oversight in putting the keys in the lockbox. While I’m not sure if this is a common issue, it did cause some inconvenience. The best place to rent vehicles from! Good prices for vehicles that are in amazing shape! Would recommend to family and friends!
If you're looking for something affordable for long term definitely give them a call. I paid less then half compared to the last place I rented a car from. No crazy fees and really just a simple process. Thank you guys!!
