Llevo 9 años entrenando en Flex y de verdad es mi lugar favorito. El ambiente es incleible, te sientes comoda desde el dia 1. Las clases convencionales estan muy bien estructuradas para quemar grasa y tonificar tu cuerpo entero. Durante la clase hay 2 couches que te apoyan en todo momento, sales cansada pero feliz. Gracias a Flex ya agarre mi rutina y veo resultados. Si buscas un gym con buen ambiente y clases que valen la pena, 100% recomendado.

I’ve done over 340 classes at this gym and I have no complaints! It is a very clean environment. Everyone is respectful and the coaches truly care and are amazing at personalizing if or when needed. You won’t regret coming here!
