Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Schera Swagerty @ Flex Administrators Customer Service. She was very professional, Knowledgeable and patient!! She was the only one that has helped me to solve the issue that I had and was able to specify the answers she needed to approve my claim. I was then able to provide her with the correct information she needed and the claim was approved. She was warm, patient & kind!! I am in the medical field myself and would absolutely love to have coworkers like her!! M.Jones
Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute garbage. They have so many rules unreasonable requirements to get YOUR money for childcare. Use a different company
