Bridget is very nice, but they are not ones to believe you and their communication is very poor! They keep you as a person awaiting benefits in the dark!
My employer uses FlexAdministrators to handle our FSA needs, and it has been the worst online claims submission portal / site of the many we've used over the years. The system is glitchy - often says it cannot log into the account - will say it is sending a verification code to the email that then never comes. The process is cumbersome, and the troubleshooting to have claims approved for payment has been cumbersome. They won't let you use your own money, they act like it belongs to them, it's always something.
