Love the environment!!! .
I have been going here for approx. 3yrs. Yeah it's a little more expensive than other gyms but I would rather pay a little more and have a better workout without the crowds any day.
I love this gym.
I like Flex, been going to 42nd and University locations for almost 2 years. Only thing is that University Location is dirty most of the time. I hardly see anyone there to clean. From the few girls I've gotten to see there only one girl named Jennifer really takes the time to clean and puts everything back where it goes, including weights, bars, cable attachments, etc. By the time she goes and cleans, it's already a mess, bathrooms are really nasty.
