Had an issue about cold temperature in the gym during morning hours. Manager got on it, gym at 70 degrees now. . Great environment to workout glad to know that clients can express concerns and get answers n resolutions.
All in all it’s a great gym to workout at but a few amenities could use improvement for the price you pay here. 1 Water fountain for this whole gym is already crazy to me for how big it is. Functionality of it is a 1 star, they need to upgrade to the automatic bottle filler style.
They refuse to let you cancel and when you finally get a hold of someone they still don’t send anything for you to cancel and try to say you have a balance built up after months of them ignoring you.
They tell you to cancel online and when you go online or to support they tell you to cancel inside the gym. You go to the gym they give you support and if they finally say they will let you cancel they don’t send anything or let you cancel still. Place is a scam, just go to another gym.
