They refuse to let you cancel and when you finally get a hold of someone they still don’t send anything for you to cancel and try to say you have a balance built up after months of them ignoring you.
They tell you to cancel online and when you go online or to support they tell you to cancel inside the gym. You go to the gym they give you support and if they finally say they will let you cancel they don’t send anything or let you cancel still. Place is a scam, just go to another gym.
Very clean gym but some of the equipment needs to be updated/maintained for the price of the membership. Some of the cardio equipment sounds like a diesel truck and there are usually one or 2 resistance machines out of order.
