My boyfriend ordered me flowers for my birthday today he ordered my favourite flowers carnations and roses and instead they gave that delivery to a different person when he went to pick it up they gave him a random bouquet that someone else had placed an order for. I was very upset when I saw the flowers, and I heard the story that they had mixed up and gave away the bouquet my boyfriend had paid for, We will never be going there again do not recommend

my bf has bought me flowers from this place since we started dating and i've noticed their quality has decreased so much throughout the years. for 1 they stopped adding the gold logos to the large heart boxes and just add some cheap ribbon around the box instead, 2 the flowers are never carefully placed some r always squished and have strings of hot glue all over the roses. one of the boxes my bf got me this time, the roses were covered in this weird black dust which i managed to get most of it off but it's weird the roses c... read more
Ordered from them a couple of times as this is my wife’s favorite shope. This time I was abroad and needed them to deliver the flowers. The owner made 2 (unsuccessful) delivery attempts since i didn’t give enough info. Third time the owner went themselves at 9pm. MUCH APPRECIATED, Jayleen!
Absolutely amazing experience! The flowers were incredibly fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. You can tell they put real care and attention into every bouquet.
