Traci was a DOLL to work with and she put the cherry on top of our event decor for sure! After working with another florist in the area and feeling like I was getting ghosted, I found Traci from Fleurs d'amour and Joy and thank goodness I did - she and I talked for like 45 minutes about the 50th anniversary party we were throwing for my in-laws. Wow. I had the most amazing experience here today. The owner helped me create a bouquet for a very special person, and she put such though in to it. The result was a stunning collection of flowers and colors that just worked perfectly together. I will go out of my way to come here in the future.
very sweet workers, I came in as a walk in asked for a tiny bouquet , they brought it right out & It was beautiful just what I asked for . they also let my pet inside which was very convenient for me and a plus :) !
What a poor experience I had here. The flower design is nothing close to design. People working here have an attitude and zero knowledge about floral design or flowers in general. Rather drive to Downtown Oakland or Castro valley for flowers. SMH Oh and the flowers on their website belong to other florist, just use google reverse image some of the photos they use are from fashion Flowers in Florida among others shops and designers along the USA. I am very upset.
