Incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. I paid $150 total for a very meagre bunch of flowers that look thrown together. The website clearly states free delivery, but I was charged $15 for delivery and a mysterious $10 service fee. I emailed twice for an explanation (and perhaps an apology and partial refund) but no one has bothered to answer me.

I had flowers delivered to Maisonneuve-Rosemont hospital for a friend. The person I dealt with from the flower shop was meticulous and caring to ensure my flowers were delivered. We had several back-and-forth phone calls regarding the room address and deliverability and each exchange was very pleasant and understanding. I would highly recommend!
