Worst service in Montreal . Ordered flowers in advanced - when I asked if it would have a clear wrapping she said no ifs extra money - she was extremely rude arguing with me . I asked if there was some water tubes or something I could pay for to keep it fresh for 2 hours she responded no. Never buying from here again- I don’t need rude customer service to buy flowers as there 5 flower shops on monkland.
On two separate occasions I have bought potted flowers from this store, and both times the flowers have died within a week or two of purchase. I purchased these flowers for my mom. The first time around, they were very small purple flowers (I believe they were Fairy Foxgloves from what I saw online), and the flowers dried up and died after only a week. The second time around, it was a very pretty Orchid plant, and yet again the flowers all suddenly dried up and died after a week and a half. Keep in mind that my mom has owned... read more
J'ai acheté pour plus de 100$ de plantes. Une fois à la maison, je réalise que 2 plantes sur 3 sont infestées de cochenilles (à noter que les 2 plantes étaient dans des lieux opposés, donc j'imagine qu'une grande partie de leurs plants sont infestés). J'aurais dû vérifier davantage au magasin, mais j'ai pris pour acquis qu'un fleuriste ne vendrait pas de plantes infestées. Erreur de débutante me direz-vous.
