I had a deeply uncomfortable experience at this shop. I entered, browsed briefly, and as I was leaving, the staff member (who was fully MIA to this point) suddenly chased me down the street, yelling accusations that I had taken photos inside. I hadn’t. I was on the phone with my bank. Despite showing my phone to prove it, I was met with continued aggression. I consider this harassment. I hope others have a safer experience, but I won’t return.
I wanted to share my experience because I was very confused by this situation. Yesterday for my birthday my boyfriend gave me a very beautiful bouquet, it cost quite a lot, 180 dollars, but as it turned out the flowers were of poor quality. This is how they look after a day. I thought that such a problem with this store arose only with me, but on Google there are many negative reviews about the quality of the flowers. I’ve been seeing the influx of 1 star reviews and cannot relate. For the past year I’ve been purchasing from here and have been nothing but satisfied. Every single time I would come to purchase flowers for a special occasion. The customer service was nothing short of fantastic and helpful and the flowers always fresh. Also the flowers you see are now 5 days old, and show no issues like what Ive see in the reviews.
