I would give zero stars if I could. Flowers were dead in less than a day. And they did not want to replace or refund. The other florist on Monkland is amazing but closed on Mondays. Go elsewhere because this place, flowers and service, absolutely awful.
SCAM ALERT!!! This florist only sells dead flowers and moldy plants. Purchased a $60 bouquet and when opened all flowers were dead!! Returned the next day to discuss and began arguing that the flowers were beautiful and good quality. I showed pictures and still stuck to her guns. Absolutely zero customer service. I would have been happy for them just to replace but all flowers in the fridge are dead as well. Stay away at all costs and so many nicer people to give my money to!!
I have been there several times, and I 100% A++++ recommend Picasso. Plants and flowers were fresh, healthy and just wonderful. SUPER high quality & fairly-priced. I bought a monstera plant there, and the service -- from Lena -- was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and well-informed, including guiding me on plant "after-care". MUCH APPRECIATED. Great, friendly & helpful staff (Lena) and great shop!!! I will definitely be returning soon. A++++++
