J’ai commandé des fleurs pour la première fois chez eux et on m’a rappelée pour m’informer qu’il y avait une erreur sur le site et que le prix allait être plus élevé. En tant que consommatrice, je trouve qu’il aurait été plus juste d’honorer le prix affiché, puisque l’erreur venait de leur côté. J’ai donc préféré annuler ma commande. Dommage, car j’aurais aimé encourager une entreprise locale.
Once again, we were very pleased with the excellent attention to detail, speed of execution, and the high quality and artistry of Fleuriste Lily-Rose. We visited them late on a Sunday afternoon, to request an important floral arrangement for a Tuesday funeral. The owner personally assisted us in selecting and designing 2 beautiful bookend arrangements for the crypt.
