I sent flowers to a funeral house and what I ordered vs what got sent were two opposite things Update, it was an error on Uber Eats’s end, they made a mistake on the app. The owner of the flower shop took her time to call me and give me the information and pushed for me to get a refund for the mistake. Sounded like a lovely person.
