I bought a small amount of chamomile and was charged nearly $120, without any explanation. When I asked a simple question, the woman behind the counter looked irritated and said, “You understand?” I’ve been to many shops in Canada, but this is the only time I walked out feeling disrespected. Service like this leaves a bad taste. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy.
We ordered a bouquet from Fleurissant. We’re on the west coast and called our order in. They were so helpful in picking out flowers for the bouquet and so nice to deal with. The bouquet was beautiful! Quality flowers and great customer service. Thank you so much!
