Jesus Christ where to I begin.. First off, when one goes out to buy flowers for a loved one, they are generally in a happy loving mood. If I could give zero stars, I would. I preordered white roses in a square vase for my wife’s birthday, with pickup set for 10 AM. When I arrived at 10:30, the arrangement was nothing like what I’d requested. Katie, who was very kind and helpful, explained that Cheryl hadn’t written down my specifications. She did what she could on the spot — removing the flowers, swapping in a plain glass vase — but the result still fell short. Not what they used to be. Precovid floral team was out of this world. Used to order flowers from them often, would go into the shop and see beautiful wedding floral. Ordered flowers again recently and was seriously disappointed. The recipient was pleased but they dont know how much better it used to be. Ive been in the shop 3x over the last 2 years, employees seem disinterested and over it. My wife and I used to visit frequently before covid and before the big expansion they did. A gorgeous store, however, it seriously lacked welcome or warmth by staff. We drove 40 mins. to visit this store after hearing another gardener mention it online. While walking around the grounds we saw the same employee 4 times, she didn"t once even acknowledge our existence or say hello. She was with helping another customer, but at the least acknowledge that there are other people there besides that customer. What a shame; welcoming a customer to a store should be a priority. A smile and a hellow is where the sale starts.
