Please stay away from this company, the technician that was sent to my home on September 4, 2025 This was the most unprofessional technician I have ever seen in my life. And it wasn’t just that he was unprofessional he lied to you to your face and then will turn right around and lie to your insurance company, he told the insurance company that he did a full pressurized test on my A/C system, which was an absolute lie. Terrible Customer service!! Stay away! Never calls back and does handyman quality work!
The technician's reliability and professionalism are questionable. Despite a scheduled AC unit replacement at 11:00 am, I received a text, not a call, claiming his truck needed repair, which he likely knew the night before. To compound matters, he insisted on full payment via Zelle before completing the repair, without providing a clear completion timeframe. Additionally, "Choice Home Warranty" has disappointed with poor customer service. Tech name is 'XAVIER"
