I was with this company for 21 months...never got anything accomplished... I was still looking at my old trailer ..falling down...Then, I signed closing in January 2025(about 19months in)..about 5-7 WEEKS later,they called me...they said I am impatient and they don't appreciate my negative comments...and NOW he needs $3,000...this wasn't in the closing....(I NEVER got my copy of those papers...that's WHY I had been reaching out)..so they dropped me...after 21 MONTHS...WOW... I purchased a mobile home from bourgeois homes in hammond, la.. my experience hasn't been nothing short of amazing.. some things happened after my mobile home was placed on my land and Brittany at Fleur De Lis handled it for me sooo quickly.. she was/is Amazing! She got the job done.. I would definitely recommend her if youre looking to purchase a mobile home.. !
