First thing I want say is this place is not affiliated with the office in Canton! If you are looking for a PCP! This is the place to be. Mr. Louis is the absolute best! He listens he understands he does not judge… He is the most humble person you will ever meet. I’m happy to have found him again! The staff is super friendly. They take their time with you and make you feel very welcome. This is the place to be!
My husband has been a patient here for a while however it has been a disaster since Dr Ramos has taken over. I am in healthcare and anyone knows a patient’s pain is subjective to that patient. My husband had 3 bulging disc clearly visible on a MRI. He is scheduled for back surgery and asked for five days worth of pain control. He was told by Dr Ramos that “he must not be in that much pain”. I guess back surgery is just a recreational thing people do now. Highly unethical.
This clinic was amazing until Dr. Ramos and NP Desmond took the clinic over. Dr Ramos is rude, I have over heard her talking about a patient after they left. She said and I quote “The girls mom should have brought her and not the grand mother that doesn’t know what is going on” She was literally running her mouth about one of her patients loud enough for other patients to hear. I’m sorry that parents have to work and sometimes rely on the grand parents for help. Not everyone makes a Doctors salary and can afford to take off ... read more
