Run. They’re managed by RedStone management which is notorious for being the bane of provo housing. We have email receipts from management (it seems only one person works in this capacity at Fleur de Lis) where they were at first very helpful and responded quickly. Then they made a mistake and literally tried to gaslight us, pretending it was somehow our fault. I lived at Fleur De Lis for a year, and it was pretty great. The apartments themselves are close enough to BYU that you can still walk to class and far enough away that you never have to worry about parking. The bathrooms are new and spacious, plus each girl has their own sink and cabinet, which is so nice, plus you only share a shower and toilet with one other person. Overall really good! Very expensive but maintenance has been good and showed up in a timely manner
Worst customer service ever, they hang up on me and denied to show me measurements of the room I leased online which they state is bigger and which is not. I was only asking for measurements for the room we leased and they were not helpful at all. Do not make the mistake of leasing or signing a contract with them.
