I had a horrible experience with Fleur De Lis. I ordered a deluxe bouquet for Mother's Day for $60 a week in advance. It was supposed to be beautiful but what was delivered was far from that. They mixed up my order to something that was hideous. The flowers were dead and unappealing. It looked like it was sitting out for quite some time, it was not fresh nor radiant. Today is my daughters birthday. She was in a dance rehearsal and we wanted to surprise her with a beautiful floral arrangement. We called 3 different florist and each one would not do a same day delivery last minute or claimed they did not have the flowers requested. Ordered an anniversary bouquet for my wife. Needed it delivered in morning because she was leaving early from work. No other florist would promise a timed delivery because I was ordering last minute. Not only did the arrangement look outstanding, but they went out of their way to make the delivery within 15 minutes of placing the order. They did not charge for delivery and the customer service was SUPERB!!! Definitely found an outstanding new florist. They saved the day!!!!
