This florist is the best I have ever encountered. The meaningful and love they put into making the arrangements is so meticulously beautiful. I ordered 2 times and they remembered me and that to me is customer service and you mean a lot to them instead of a sale. The delivery service man was awesome and you can feel the heart and soul in him. Beautiful flowers from the most beautiful people I have met through ordering. Looking forward to meet them in person. I've used Fleur-de-Farber Florist on many occasions and never never disappoints. I give her a small description of what I'm looking for and she executes my idea perfectly! She always responds quickly and really loves her customers.
I had the pleasure of meeting Kathy, the owner, when I walked into the shop. Although she didn’t have any pre-made arrangements in the cooler due to fulfilling prior orders, she was incredibly accommodating. I asked if I could purchase a vase and choose my own flowers, and she happily brought me to the cooler where she keeps all her fresh blooms.
