The management employees are unprofessional people. The window cleaners came and cleaned the windows and it went from dirty to worse. They can't even clean properly. The terrace has people smoking drinking on multiple occasions and they close the amenities and the terrace at 11pm during summer! Cmon we are living in the 21st century. We aren't kids that we need to operate on a time basis. We have 24hr concierge how hard is it to have the terrace open 24hrs?? At my 3 other apartment the terrace is open 24hrs for the summer.
