I wish I read the reviews here before making an appointment with Fletscher. They’re all very accurate in relaying how toxic this establishment and the staffs behavior is. I had an appointment scheduled today 7/29/26, the attending medical assistant, or nurse, or what have you, hurried me in without any formal introduction at all. Been taking my father to Dr. Fletscher for roughly a year and had no issues, then about 2-3 weeks ago we had a massive issue for the first time. Took him to his appt and the receptionist (wannabe nurse) was the person who had the issue. I walked up checked my dad in, and told her the appt we were here for. She said “great I’ll be out to call you guys back momentarily.” So she comes out and calls his name and I sent him back, and right away she has an attitude and is “confused” on who he is because I went to the window and sh... read more

The Dr's are nice, but the only way to contact them is in person. You have to call the office if you have a question and many times the receptionist suggests to come in.
