The service manager (John) was disrespectful to me when a minor issue on my vehicle wasn’t fixed properly and took the issue personally. I would say he struggles with taking constructive criticism. One star.
The moment I walked into Fletch’s, I was treated like family. Everyone greeted me with a smile. I was offered several beverages and snacks during my visit. Niel from Sales was fantastic! He was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Ren in Finance explained everything thoroughly and ensured all the paperwork was accurate. They found me a great rate with a local bank and I could not be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend.
