I'd never been to this dealership before but I took a chance on it because they had the vehicle I wanted to purchase (color and trim). I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the staff was and how easy the purchase went. My salesman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had a great experience buying my new vehicle and would highly recommend Fletch's to others.

i just purchased a vehicle from fletches and worked with erich, with it being only my second time working with a dealership he was very patient and helpful throughout the process. after having problems getting my car sold elsewhere, he worked with me to trade it in with the vehicle i was interested in. erich made it a very easy process and willing to help me any way he could. overall experience was great and will be returning again if needed in the future!
I came into Fletchs' after looking at several vehicles from different dealerships in the area. I have not bought a new vehicle in over 40years. A friend told me that Fletchs's treats you right. I knew what I had in mind and the sales agent, Chris McKay, listened to what I was looking for. After some discussion, I was shown some vehicles and then made a selection. I wasn't rushed or pressured, I was respected and given the utmost courtesy. He made the experience, comfortable.
Erich was such a helpful and kind human being, he made the whole experience quick and painless. A great asset to the company for sure!
