Don't get an oil change! After using Fletcher's for 4 years to get our oil changed, after we moved out of Maricopa and it was too far for us drive down, my husband decided to do a tune up on my car and when he changed out the oil filter, it still had the original manufacture filter left in it! They never replaced it so it was covered in gunk!

Wont take responsibility Took my car to have the fuel pump replaced. Took 2 days and the day after I got it back it had an engine light on. The vehicle has been in perfect working order proir to the fuel pump. I had the code pulled and it was a small evap leak. Called the shop and they said it was not their fault. Will never go here again and will never recomend to anyone ever.

These guys are RIPOFFS! I had purchased a whole new set of tires for my Nissan Suv and they didn't even balance the tires correctly. When I drove off, the steering wheel kept wobbling. I sent it back to them and the problem didnt change much but then to my surprise they said that I needed two new lug nuts because they said they were broken. That's the same story I got when I dropped off my car for an oil change, 5 broken lug nuts, and a $60 bill because, "Somehow the lug nuts were already like that." Rip off Fletcher's charged me 610.00 for changing my upper and lower radiator hoses, heater hoses, flushing and refilling my cooling system, and doing an oil change. That was after they tried to con me into having my engine replaced for 4500.00 due to heat damage. They charged me 250.00 for parts that I could have gotten at Auto Zone (which is right next door to their shop) for 100.00. Great customer service I was stranded. My 2009 Nissan had a battery issue and the cable clamp had literaly broken off the positive terminal. I walked over to Fletchers and the young man first let me know that they had to be careful when leaving the shop,l insuranbce issues. But seeing my predicament he sent a man with a jump box and after I had spent several hours on my car, the young man had me running so I could take car to shop in about 10 minutes.
