I have been coming to fletchers for years. My grandmother being a loyal customer. I brought in two rings one being my engagement ring and the other my grandmas old ring. They charged $20 to replace one prong on my grandmas ring. They charged 150 to replace prongs and resize my engagement ring. It took me trying on wedding bands at another shop to realize they didn’t actually size my ring. I don’t believe they fixed the prongs either they still look how they used to. A very sweet lady let me try on a ton of bands today even though I was just browsing. She was very helpful and friendly and we hope to purchase in the future. I would recommend this shop!
We showed up 30 minutes before they closed to get my wife wedding ring cleaned and tightened. they serviced it on the spot! We recommend them 100%
